How long does it take for my furniture to be delivered?

Baumhaus, Julian Bowen and NovaSolo items normally take between 7-10 working days. Native Lifestyle items are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Learn More

Do I get a time slot for delivery?

For Baumhaus, Julian Bowen and Novasolo furniture deliveries, Yes. The delivery is booked 2-3 days before delivery takes place. You will then receive a delivery date & 3 time slot. Native Lifestyle Items are delivered Via tracked courier services such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL.

How do I book my delivery?

Baumhaus, Julian Bowen and Novasolo furniture deliveries are booked via SMS/Email. Native Lifestyle items are delivered using courier services such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL. You will be provided with a tracking number via email on dispatch. Learn More

Who do you use for delivery?

We use BJS & Kinetic Logistics for our furniture deliveries. For other items such as accessories & Native Lifestyle items we use a standard courier service such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, APC. Learn More

Will I need to carry the delivery into the house?

For Baumhaus, Julian Bowen and Novasolo furniture delivery we have the option of a 2-man delivery service which includes delivering the item into a 'room of your choice'. This can be selected during the checkout. If delivery needs to be taken up a flight of stairs, 2-man delivery is required. please note, Native Lifestyle items are delivered to your door only. What if I order different furniture brands together?

If your order contains a mix of Baumhaus, Native Lifestyle, Novasolo and Julian Bowen items, Please be advised items will arrive separately.

What if I want to return an item?

Items can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the delivery. If the item purchased is a furniture item, then we will arrange collection of the item and a refund will be issued. Please read more information on our refund & returns policy.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We give our customers 72 hours to check for damages. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@oakavia.com where one of our team can assist you.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately no, right now we are online only.

Is your Furniture covered by a Guarantee?

Yes, all of our furniture is covered by a guarantee. Baumhaus furniture is covered with a 5 year guarantee. Native Lifestyle, Novasolo and Julian Bowen products are covered with a 1 year guarantee.
