Care for your Sheepskin: Sheepskin is very low maintenance as it’s naturally self cleaning. If you do need to spot clean or would like to clean the full piece, we advise cleaning in Luke warm temperature (max 25 Celsius).

Delivery Information

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is carried out via tracked courier service (Royal Mail, UPS, DHL). Tracking will be provided via email once available.

Refunds & Returns

If you wish to return an item after delivery please notify us as quickly as possible, along with the reason for your return. We will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for any reason, however, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. As soon as your returned item has been received, in exactly the same condition and using the original packaging within which it was delivered, you will receive a refund. Please note refunds can take up to 30 days.
